June TBR | The Month Of Much Reading (Hopefully)

Hello human beings! How are you? Want some tea? I have Jammie Dodgers! …Okay that was a strange intro. Let me start again.

Hello everyone, and welcome to my June TBR! Much better.

So, even though the beginning of June is going to be pretty busy for me, what with volunteering and birthdays, I still want to read quite a lot. I’m going to try to read four books this month, hopefully. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot to you three-books-a-day readers, but it is plenty for me.

1. Leah On The Offbeat by Becky Albertalli

I’m currently reading this at the moment, and it’s already so good. Leah On The Offbeat is the sequel to Simon Vs The Homosapiens Agenda (which was recently turned into a movie). It’s got all the characters from Simon Vs, and is set around a year into the future.  I’m a third of the way through it right now, and I know I’m going to finish it very soon. It’s really fast to get through, and I love being in the world with all my favourite characters again.

2. Hunger by Michael Grant

I’ve also started this book too, but I’m only around forty pages through. This is the second book in the Gone series by Michael Grant, and I loved the first one, so this one will hopefully be as good, or maybe even better. This book is really long, so I don’t think I’ll read the whole thing this month, but I want to read most of it. When I finish this book, I plan on doing another book review, since I wrote a review for Gone (click here to read it).

3. Toxic by Nicci Cloke

I received this book on Netgalley last month and I’m yet to read it. It has a really cool premise and I hope to read and review it this month. I’ve read the synopsis of this book, but I still don’t really have any idea what it’s about, so I’m going to go into this book blind, which is kinda exciting.

So those are the books I want to read this month. Like I said before, I do want to read more, but I’m going to leave some room for what I’ll feel like reading during June, since I’m very much a mood reader.

Remember to comment below the books you want to read this month, and I’ll see you next time, bye!
