I have seen this book tag floating across the Internet for a while now and I have really wanted to try it. This tag was created I think by Ayunda (@Tea and Paperbacks). I am usually really bad at This or That questions or Would You Rather questions, so let’s just see how this goes, shall we?
1. Reading on the couch or on the bed?
I would definitely have to say my bed because no one disturbs me there and there’s no noise, just peace and quiet.
2. Male main character or female main character?
I would have to say female main character because I am a female and I think I just connect to female main characters more. That isn’t to say that I don’t read books with a male main character. I just read a few more books set around a females point of view than a males.
3. Sweet snacks or salty snacks when reading?
I don’t really eat while reading, but on the rare occasions that I do, I usually eat salty snacks, like crisps.
4. Trilogies or quartets?
I think I prefer trilogies than quartets, but if the story is spectacular, I wouldn’t mind ten or even one hundred books!
5. First person point of view or third person point of view?
I like reading in third person point of view because, I don’t know! I think it’s better if a book has multiple points of view so you can distinguish who’s point of view it is now.
6. Reading at night or in the morning?
I definitely prefer reading at night because there’s no noise and I can really absorb the words.
7. Libraries or bookstores?
It is without a doubt libraries. I have been going to libraries for as long as I can remember and I love them. It’s just being able to read a book without paying for it and If you don’t like the book, you can just take it back to the library and choose a different book.
8. Books that make you laugh or make you cry?
I think I like books with a bit of both, like The Fault in Our Stars. But I think I prefer books that made me laugh a little bit more than books that made me cry.
9. Black book covers or white book covers?
I don’t really know! I like white book covers as much as I like black book covers. This is a tricky question!
10. Character driven or plot driven stories?
I think it’s equal, although I love stories where characters develop along with the story.
So those are my answers to those unbelievably hard questions! I hope you’ve enjoyed and I tag all of you to do this tag because it is just so fun.
Tomorrow I’ll be doing a Top Five Wednesday so I’ll see you then!
