My Library Haul

Hello everybody! I am soooo sorry I haven’t been on my blog for ages, I had a lot of school stuff to catch up on, but I am back, and I hope to write a blog post every week from now on.
Today I just wanted to talk about some books I got from my local library. I love libraries and I go ALL the time, so be prepared to have a lot more library hauls coming your way.

1. Marly’s Ghost by David Levithan
I am currently reading this book and it is so good! It is about this boy named Ben, and his girlfriend, Marly has died. He is cutting himself off from the world and not even his best friend can bring him back. but one night, Marly’s ghost arrives, along with three other ghosts. Then Ben takes a journey through past present and future, and that is all I know. I am really looking forward to reading this whole book because it sounds really interesting, and I want to know what happens.

2. The Sisters Grimm #1 by Michael Buckley
Years ago my friend recommended this series, and I got about halfway through the series until there were none left in the libraries! I was sad, but over time I completely forgot what happened, so I want to start reading them again.
It is about these two sisters, Sabrina and Daphne Grimm, whose parents have disappeared. They go to live with their grandmother, Granny Relda, who tells them that they are ancestors of the Brothers Grimm. Not only that, but the fairy stories the Brothers Grimm wrote were actually “a collection of case files of magical mischief”. Sabrina and Daphne now have the task of being Fairytale detectives. In the first book, they have to stop a giant from destroying their new hometown.

3. Nathalia Buttface and the most epically embarrassing trip ever by Nigel Smith
I took this out of the library because I wanted something contemporary and funny to read. All I know about this book is that it is the second book in a series and it is Nathalia going on holiday to the South of France and her dad ruining it. I think that is the gist of the story, yet again I have no idea.

4. Clockwork angel by Cassandra Clare
I can’t believe I haven’t read this series yet, or anything by Cassandra Clare. I feel I’ve let down my fellow bookworms out there.
I really want to read this book because it sounds AMAZING and I really want to know what happens in this book, because everybody else does.

I must warn you that I probably won’t read all of these books, because I am quite a slow reader at times. But if you think I should definitely read one of these books, please leave a comment down below.
